Right now the Club does not have any equipment.  We are not even an official club yet.  If we can get this club organized we will have fundraisers in the near future to help pay for some equipment that the club can use.  Members of the club have some gear and that can be used to get the club by till we have some equipment of its own.

Here is a short list of some equipment the club would like to obtain and have for it's members:

Camming units (not for a while)

Shoes (not for a while)

Members of the climbing club may want to own some of their equipment.  Try climbing out before you buy any equipment!  Climbing is a great sport, but is not for everyone.  We will have some equipment and strongly urge you to try it before buying anything.

Having said that, if you decide that you want to buy some equipment the first things that you will want to get are a nice harness and a pair of shoes.

Everything else we can provide for you and is not specific to you.  Climbing is expensive and why buy things you don't need.  Harnesses are not that expensive now you can buy a nice harness for $20 or go to a more deluxe model for anywhere from $50-100.  Shoes are very expensive, but you have no idea how much they help till you have tried a pair.  Shoes are very important that they fit right and that they are right for you.  It is strongly discouraged to buy your shoes online.  You should try on your shoes before buying them.
